Shipping & Delivery

Our business ensures the safe and timely shipping of all orders, working with reliable courier companies throughout Greece.

The shipping cost is €6.20 (VAT included) per order, regardless of region or weight.
Where delivery concerns remote or hard-to-reach areas, an additional charge may apply, of which you will be informed in good time before the shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from confirmation of payment.
The estimated delivery time is:

• 2-4 business days for urban centres

• 3-7 business days for island and remote areas

In cases of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather conditions, or carrier delays), small variations may occur, for which our business is not liable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail or SMS with the tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your shipment through the courier company’s website.

If the recipient is absent or does not collect the parcel within the time period specified by the courier company, the order is returned to our business.
A re-shipment of the order may be arranged by prior agreement and may incur additional shipping charges.
