Returns & Cancellations Policy

Our business strives to always provide high-quality services and products.
If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal or cancellation, in accordance with applicable legislation (Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or confirmation of the service.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may contact us in writing or by e-mail at info.strevinas@gmail.com, stating your order number and your request.

Product Returns

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

For the return to be accepted:

• The product must be in its original condition, without damage, without signs of use, and with its complete packaging and all accompanying documents (receipt or invoice).

• Returns of products that have been used, altered, or are not accompanied by the required documentation are not accepted.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or a wrong product has been sent, in which case the costs are covered by us.

• After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method originally used, or the exchange is processed, depending on the customer’s choice.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase (credit card or bank transfer).
